minimum 4 digit number is 1000
maximum 4 digit number is 9999

so total 4 digit number formed by all the digits from 0 to 9 is (9999-1000)+1=9000

according to question we have to form numbers....i.e.
what i am getting is...
case 1:-
(A)how many numbers we can from using 4 digits..
sol-:-
With repetition...
9*10*10*10=9000 because we can not put zero @ 1st place from left.
Without repetition...
9*9*8*7=4536 because we can not put zero @ 1st place from left so we have 9 digits to put here again for 2nd place we will be having 9 digits excluding that last one which we have placed on 1st place from left.
MAXIMUM NUMBER & MINIMUM NUMBER :-
Maximum number :-
With Repetition of digits will be :-9999
With Out Repetition of digits will be :-9876
Minimum Number :-
With Repetition of digits will be :-1000
With Out Repetition of digits will be :-1234

ans: maximum four digit no is 9999 but we do not include repeatition of digits so ans is 9876

9*10*10*10,as there are total 10 digit(0,1,2,....9),but in fisrt position u cant take 0,so it become 3 digit..
