5.3 % of total tractors = 15582
Total number of mahindra tractors that are red in color = 150000*98/1000 = 14700
Now, Number of non-mahindra red tractors = 15582-14700 = 882

So, we have % of non mahindra red tractors = (882*100)/(294000 - 150000) = (882*100)/144000 = 0.6125
