68 members(appox)
45 members can build a road of 2.5km in 100 days
in next 200 days they must build 12.5kms ie., 6.25km for each next 100 days.
in 100 days 2.5km can be built by 45 members.
then 6.25kms can be built by (6.25*45)/2.5 =112.5 members
so extra men required is 112.5-45=67.5(app. 68 men)

Let x be the total men required to finish the task in next 200 days

2.5 km done hence remaining is 12.5 km
Also, work has to be completed in next 200 days (300 - 100 = 200)

We know that, proportion of men to distance is direct proportion
and, proportion of men to days is inverse proportion

Hence, X = (45 * 12.5 * 100) / (2.5 * 200)
thus, X = 112.5 that is approximately 113

Thus, more men needed to finish the task = 113-45=68

300 days= 7.5 km
45 men can do in 300 days so 45 more man can required to do the work in time

2.5km require = 45*100 mendays
1 km will require = 1800 mendays
12.5 km require = 1800*12.5 mendays = 22,500 mendays
so 200 days require = 22,500/200 men = 112.5 men
extra men reuired = 112-45=67(aproximate)

1 man 1day work=2.5km/100*45
remaining work=15km-2.5km=12.5km
no of extra employs required=>(((5/2)*x*200)/(45*100))=25/2
total no of employs=>x=113(approximately)
there fore no of extra men required=113-45=68

we get m=67.5 .thus approx 68

therefore more 12.5 km left and no. of days left is 200 days
2.5 km --100days---> 45 men
1 km --100 days--> 45/2.5 men
12.5 km --100 days--> 45*12.5/2.5 men

NOW...........
100 days --12.5 km--> 225 men
1 day --12.5 km--> 225*100 men
200 days --12.5 km--> 225*100/200 men

that is 113 men now extra men required is 113-45=68

men and days are inversely proportional to work so (45*100)/2.5=(x*200)/12.5 then X=112.5 so 112.5-45=67.5 so app 68..men required

45 employee can build road in 100 days=2.5 km
so 45 employee can build road in 300 days=2.5 * 3
=7.5
let assume extra employee for finish work x then
45 * 300=x * 200 (because half of work remaining)
by solving it x=67.5
so 67.5 employee are needed to finish work in given time

45 men 100 days work = 2.5km
or 4500MD = 2.5km

Total work for 45 men = 15km = 2.5*6 = 4500*6 = 27000MD
and they can take = 300*45 = 13500MD

man days left = 27000 - 13500 = 13500MD
We have given days = 200
therefore, extra men req = 13500/200 = 67.5 = 68

300 days-45 employees-7.5 km...so another 45 employees when employed will complete 7.5 km in the same 300 days...now 90 men employed in 300 days will build a road of 45 km..thus 45 extra men must be employed..

for 100 days 2.5km of road is completed and remaining 12.5 km work to be complete within 200 days so for 100days task of completing 6.25km will complete the task sucessfully. 45 mem complete work of 2.5km
another 45 mem will add and complete 5km work remaining 1.25km will be completed by 23 mem (45/2=22.5members[apprrox 23 mems] of 1.25km work so total 45+45+23=113 as 45 are included so 113-45=68 members are required

As 45 men can construct 2.5km in 100 days with these men he finishes 7.5 km and extra men are required to complete 7.5 more km in 200 days.
i.e 1 person in 100 days completes 0.056 km (2.5km/45).
so we need (7.5km /(0.056*2)men to complete in 200 daysi.e 67 members approx

300 days = 7.5 km
if that 45 men can build 7.5 km road in 300 days then another 45 men can build another 7.5 km road in the same 300 days making it to a total of 15km

the total lenht of the raod is 15 km to be build...........in 100 days 45 men have alrady completed 2.5km of road.......so remaining road to be built is 12.5.........and has the time of 200 days....so (200/12.5=16) ....................so it requires 16*4=64 persons to complete the remaining wrk

according to the question 45 men build 2.5Km road in 100 days . it means contribution of one men is 2.5/45 = 0.56km
it means one person build 0.56km road in 100 days then he will build 2*0.56 =0.112km in 200 days.
remaining road = 15-2.5 = 12.5km
now total men required will be equal to = 12.5 divided by one men work
= 12.5/0.112
= 111.6
approx 112 . it mean extra workers required = 112 -45 = 67

formula:(men(1)*day(1))/work(1)=(men(2)*day(2))/work(2)
(45*300)/15=(M*200)/(15-2.5)
M=56.25
THEREFORE EXTRA MEN=(56.25-45)
=11(APPROX)

answer is 67.5
45men can build road of 7.5km in 300days .so another 2.5+2.5km can be built by another 45men in 200 days .remaining 2.5 km can be built by 22.5mem
so total 45+22.5=67.5mem

45 men--------2.5 km in 100 days
