WE KNOW THAT A=1,B=2............Z=26
convert the alphabets into numbers.we get number series as follows
2,24,5,21,8
in these (2,5,8)belong to one group as they have common difference of 3
(24,21,?)these are of one group as they have difference of -3.so the next number is 21-3=18.
if we convert 18 into alphabet it is "r". since r=18

x is 3rd position from back so the series is 1 more position from so ans is

ANS: R
first one in the series is 'b' whose value is 2 in alphabetical order.
and them second one in the series is 'x' whose value is 3rd(2+1) from the last in reverse order of alphabets.
in the same fashion 'e' is the 5th from the first and 'u' is 6th(5+1) from the last.
h is 8th letter from the first and the ans 8+1=9th letter from the last which is nothing but "r"..

b is at 2 place from starting and x is at 3 place from end :(2,3) similarly e is at 5 &u is at 6 :(5,6 )
and same as for h is at 8 from starting &9 place is of r from end .

The place values of b,x,e,u,h are (2,24,5,21,8). b=2 then x = 26 -2 =24 , e=5 then u = 26 - 5 = 21, h=8 then next alphabet will be 26 - 8 = 18 that is r.
