According to question
given m1=80,d1=42,w1=140
m2=30,d2=x,w2=100
m1*d1/w1=m2*d2/w2
80*42/140=30*x/100
x=80*42*100/140*30+>80
No of days=>80

80 persons write 140 test case in 42 days.
Thus, 80 persons will write 100 test case in (100*42)/140.
As we know 30 person will take more time to write testcases as compared to 80.
So, 30 persons will write 100 test cases in (100*42)/140*(80/30) =>80.
Thus, 80 is right answer.

For first condition number of tests per person will be 140/80=7/4 in 42 days,similarly for second condition number of tests per person will be 100/30=10/3,so by cross multiplication, number of days for second condition will be =(10/3)(42)(4/7)=80.
