Now (67+70)/2 = 68.5-67.2 = 1.3 difference
So Now there should be 2.6 difference, as difference of 0,1.3, 2.6 etc.

Step 2
4+ 2 = 6 ( rule B add half of the result of Step 1, ie half of 4 =2)

Step 3
6-3 = 3 (again Rule A- by subtracting 3)

Step 4
3+1.5 = 4.5 ( again rule B , add half of 3=1.5)

Step 5
4.5-3=1.5 (again, rule A, subtracting 3)

Step 6
1.5+0.75 = 2.25 ( again rule B , add half of 1.5=0.75)
