21st June 1998(=1997 completed years+Ist Jan.1998 to 21stJune 1998)
Calculation of Odd days in 1997:
First 1600 years =0 odd days
Next 300 years =1 odd day
In the balance 97 years, 24 leap years and 73 Non-leap years
Hence the odd days in 97 years are: 24*2+73*1=121(=2 odd days)
Thus, in 1997 years total no. of odd days=0+1+2=3 odd days
Now, we have to calculate odd days from Ist Jan 1998 to 21st June 1998=11 odd days.
Thus the total no odd days=3+11=14(=0 odd days)
Hence 0 odd days corresponds to Sunday
