No of days added to 2000 is 0.
26th March, 2023 2023 is still running. leap years completed and days are 5 (for leap year 1 day is extra)added till 2022(2004,2008,2012,2016,2020). for 22 years 22 extra days+5(leapyear days)/7=6 remaining days; till 26 march total days are 85. 2022 leaves 6 days+till 26 march 2013 total days=6+85=91. 91/7 reminder=0 0th day of week is "sunday".

26 march 2023 means 2022 complete years+ first 2 month of 2023 +26 days of march
(a) 2000 years no odd days
(b) 22 years contain 5 leap yrs and 17 ordinary yrs(5*2=10+17=27=6 odd days
from 1st jan to 15th august 2023
(c) jan-> 3 odd days
(d) feb-> 0 odd days
(e)and 26 days of march contains 5 odd days
total odd days=(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)+(e)
=0+6+3+0+5=14 days
14 days contain 0 odd days
so 26 march 2023 fell on sunday

i fallowed one formula,
(date+month code+year last two digits+leapears+centurycode)/7.
(26+4+23+5+6)/7=1.
1=sunday.

for 23 years 20/4=4(leap years)i.e4*2=8(odd days) and 2(ordinary years)=2*1=2(odd day) therefore total 8+2=10(odd days)
10/7=3(odd days)
now,23rd is d running year
therefore, Jan=31days Feb=28 days march=26 days
total=31+28+26=85
85/7=1(odd day)
therefore total odd days 3+1=4
4/4=0
therefore on 26th march 2023 day is sunday..

THE ANS IS SUNDAY MY CALCULATION MISTAKE....10 ODD DAYS OF LEAP YEAR AND 17 OF ORDINARY MEANS 6 ODD DAYS...NOW 1 ODD DAY UPTO 26 MARCH 2023 SO 7 ODD DAYS I.E. SUNDAY
