and frm a point outside circle 2 tangnts cn b drawn ,d angle btween lin joining dat point and cntre of circle is equal for both angles hence its a bisector
and infinite tangnts cn b drawn and all satisfy dis condition

three non parallel tangents on a circle will make 3 ex-circles and 1 in circle.
so, probability that it would be an incircle is=1/(1+3)=1/4
