No of words starting with A = 9!/4 = 504*180
No of words starting with CA= 8!/4 = 56*180
No of words starting with CL= 8!/4 = 56*180
No of words starting with CN= 8!/2 = 112*180
No of words starting with COA= 7!/4 = 7*180
No of words starting with COL= 7!/4 = 7*180
No of words starting with CONA= 6!/2 = 2*180
No of words starting with CONSA= 5!/2 = 60
No of words starting with CONSL= 5!/2 = 60
No of words starting with CONST= 5!/2 = 60
No of words starting with CONSUA= 4!/2 = 12
No of words starting with CONSULA= 3!/2 = 3
No of words starting with CONSULN= 3!/2 = 3

Next number is CONSULTANT.

Add these to get rank of CONSULTANT in the dictionary made by all possible words made from letters of word CONSULTANT.

I can only be found if the dictionary is made by some limited letters/words .
or all possible words made from letters of word CONSULTANT.
