There are two pipes that can independently fill a tank in 20 minutes. Both these pipes are opened together and when the tank is half filled after 5 minutes, one of them is shut. Then balance half tank will be filled by one pipe in next 10 mins.

so total time from start is 5+10 = 15 minutes
