ans> Carrie is married to Cam.
sol-> there are four members playing in the bridge such as(Sam's wife,Carrie herself,Billy's husband,Tina's husband).
as we have been given that Cam does not play bridge so Cam is not Tina's Husband also he is not Billy's Husband. therefore only one option is left that is Carrie.

answer is:- Carrie is married to Cam.
solution is:-
-Cam is not playing means Sam and Laurie are playing.
-It means, if Carrie has either choose Sam or Laurie as her partner.
-It means that Cam is married to Carrie.
in other words,
Billy’s and Tina’s husband are playing bridge, which means only Carrie’s husband is not playing bridge which is Cam. so, Cam’s wife is Carrie.

Carrie is married to Cam.

"Sam's wife and Billy's Husband play Carrie and Tina's
husband at bridge."

It means that Sam is not married to either Billy or Carrie.
Thus, Sam is married to Tina.

As Cam does not play bridge, Billy's husband must be
Laurie.

Hence, Carrie is married to Cam.
