let width of rectangle be 'w'
and length of rectangle be 'L'

Given length is 1 more than 5times of width
=> L=5w+1.........(1)

given area is 130sq.cm.
=>(L)(w)=130
=>(5w+1)(w)=130 (since L=5w+1)
=>(5w^2)+w=130
=>(5w^2)+w-130=0
=>(5w^2)-25w+26w-130=0
=>5w(w-5)+26(w-5)=0
=>(w-5)(5w+26)=0
=> w= 5 or -26/5
since width cannot be negative width =5
=>L=5(5)+1
=>L=26

So the length of rectangle is 26.c.m.
and width of rectangle is 5.c.m
