brother . The father of the boy's uncle → the grandfather of the boy and daughter of the grandfather → sister of father.

The boy is the brother of the girl.Because the girls uncle's father is grand father to the girl.Her grandpa's daughter could be mother or aunt to the girl.Seeing the options, the latter is not true.Hence if the lady is mother to the girl, the boy is brother to the girl.
