So here we divide 1 by .1 to get 10
So we use only two 1's

Simple we can add in BINARY FORM..as

"1 + 1 = 10"

I think in question, they have mentioned that we have to get '10' from '1' , '1'
They haven't mentioned that we have to get ten[10 in decimal].
and in your ans you have used 1 and .1

I think ans of Akash Dixit is correct.
it is in binary
1 + 1 = 10


and since it is asked for HCL.

is a boolean operation..(nt Arithmetic)

Simple, make X with two 1's. In Roman Number X is equal to 10 and it is also similar to multiplication operator i.e., X
