AB then C skipped start with DEF then 'G' skipped HIJK then 'L' skipped MNOPQ then similarly 'R' skipped .
IMP :- There is increased in no. of letters as AB=2 , DEF=3 , HIJK=4 , Similarly MNOPQ=5 ,STUVWX=6

Ans : option C (MNOPQ)

from the given words you can find that the word to be found is a five letter word.
First one is a 2 letter word, next a 3 letter word and so on upto 6 letter word.
next is these words follow a sequence such that the ending letter of the previous word and the starting letter of the next word is having a gap of one letter.

AB, (C not there), DEF, (G not there), HIJK, (therefore L should not be there),
MNOPQ ( R should not be there), STUVWX
