2 persons ( 1min+2 min) cross bridge in 2 mins.
1 person ( 1min) comes back in 1 min....................total 3 mins.
2 persons ( 10 min+5 min) cross bridge in 10 mins..... total 13 mins
1 person ( 2min) comes back in 2 mins...................Total 15 mins.
2 persons ( 1min +2min) again cross bridge in 2 mins.......... Total 17 mins.

2 persons ( 10min+1 min) cross bridge in 10 mins.
1 person ( 10min) comes back in 10 min....................total 20 mins.
2 persons ( 10 min+2 min) cross bridge in 10 mins..... total 30 mins
1 person ( 10min) comes back in 10 mins...................Total 40 mins.
2 persons ( 10min +5min) cross bridge in 10 mins.......... Total 50 mins.

1st-1m, 2nd-2m, 3rd-5m, 4th-10m
Max time is 15 min (1st trip- first and fifth person
2nd trip- second and fourth person)
Min time is 12 min (1st trip- first and second person
2 nd trip- third and fourth person)

tirupathi remember there is only one torch. so if the firdt trip one taks the torch then how wud the second trip would cross the bridge???

maximum time= 10+10+10+10+10=50 min
minimum time= 10+1+5+1+2=19 min
because they have only one torch so if 2 person go then surly 1 person return.

minimum time -19 min(2+1+5+1+10)
since torch is one only the person with 1 min speed will bring back the torch
maximum time = 50 min(10+10+10+10+10)
now the person with 10 min speed will bring back the torch

First person carry one person to the other side and return
It takes 2+1+5+1+10= total min time is 19 min
Fourth person carry the torch light then
Max time is 10+10+10+10+10 is 50 min

Total 41 rats. every time the cat ate 24 rats.. 
41 - 24 = 17 
17×2 = 34 - 24 = 10 
10×3 = 30 - 24 = 6 
6×4 = 24 - 24 = 0
