Symonds and Harbhajan are standing diametrically opposite to each other while Inzmam is midway between them such that Symonds, Inzmam and Harbhajan are standing in clockwise direction. The race started at 10 AM. The speed of Symonds, Harbhajan and Inzmam are respectively 5 m/s, 10 m/s and 8 m/s. At what time would Harbhajan and Inzmam meet for the second time if all of three run in clockwise direction ?

For first meet harbhajan will cover 330m
For second meet he will cover 440m
total distance =330+440
relative speed=2m/s
time=770/2sec =385 sec =6 min 25 sec
option A correct

The relative speed between Harb and Inz: 10 - 8 = 2 m/s and they are 330m apart
Therefore, 330/2 = 165 sec; 2 min 45 sec; when they meet the 1st time it will be 10:02:45
When they meet the 2nd time: 440/2 = 220 sec; 3 min 40 sec

10:06:25 when they meet the 2nd time

Harbbajan will complete the circle in 440/10=44sec
Inzemam in 440/8=55 sec
LCM of 44 and 55 is 220sec
So the will meet first time after 220 sec I.e 3mint 40 sec after the start
So 10:03:40

Sumit is crect see the question Symonds and harbhajan are diametrically opposite to each other
So if harbhajan consider as atrting point den Symonds is 220 meter ahead of him and inzmam is 110 metre ahead of harbhajan now relative spharbhajan and in am=2 m/sec...so fist meeting=110/2=55sec 2nd 440/2=220
Total time=275:sec I.e 4 mint 35 sec

in clock wise distance between harbjan and inzmam is 330meters so relative speed is 2m/s first time meet at 165sec second time 330 sec 5 min 30 sec

but it is given in the question dat inzamam is in between harbhajan & symonds that means they are 110m apart from each other

Relative speed of Harbhajan to Inzmam is 2m/s
By this speed the time required to cover 440m is 220seconds i.e.3 minute and 40 seconds. So option D is correct.

Because they take 7 min 20 sec if they start together, but if they start 110 mts apart and meeting for second time would take even more time.
