let x is the monthly salary of a person then,
x-[30/100 *x +55/100(x-30/100*x)]=59724/12
when solve this equation x=15800
means his monthly salary is 15800 rs
put value of x=15800 in
55/100(x-30/100*x) this eqn and get 6083 rs which is spend on food and clothes per month...
