1!=1, factors of 1=1 sum of factors=1 (half of 2!)
2!=2, factors of 2=1,2 sum of factors=3 (half of 3!)
3!=6, factors of 1=1,2,3,6 sum of factors=12 (i.e. half of 4!)
4!=24, factors of 1=1,2,3,4,6,8,12,24 sum of factors=60.....half of 5!
so.....
sum of factors of 16! will be (17!/2)

factors of 16 are 1,2,4,8,16
their sum is 1+2+4+8+16=31

factor of 16! are 16,15,14 to 1 so sum is (using ap )136
