answer will be 182

Reason:

sum the digit of left side and increase the sum by 1 and multiply them now u get answer.
4+3+2+6 = 15 .... increase it by 1 = 15+1= 16
now 4326 = 15* 16 = 240
same as above
2143 = 10*11 = 110

and 2713 = 13*14 = 182

1)(4*2+3*6)*10=240
2)(2*4+1*3)*10=110
3)(2*1+7*3)*10=230

4+3+2+1=15->15*15=225+15=240
2+1+4+3=10->10*10=100+10=110
2+7+1+3=13->13*13=169+13=182
