for n=1 value=99
for n=2 value=9801
for n=3 value=970299 and so on

here we can see that for every increase in n ..the second digit of the value is decreasing by 1... lyk 99, 9801, 970299

therefore the values will go lyk( i m writing only the first two digits)

n=1 value=99
n=2 value=98..
n=3 value=97..
n=4 value=96..
n=5 value=95..
n=6 value=94..
n=7 value=93..
n=8 value=92..
n=9 value=91..
n=10 value=90..
n=11 value=8..

hence value of n=11

99^1= 99
99^2= 9801
99^3= 970299
take only starting two digit, other digit will not change the solution..
=99*98*97*96*95....
=99*98*97*.....*89
so 11 will be the correct solution :)
