since 1st is monday means thn 4,11,18,25th are four thrusdays
thn 7,14,21,28 are four exact sundays

if the week starts on monday.it will end on sunday so four thursday and four sunday willl come in a span of 28 days so the last day is sunday and january has got 31 days the remaining 3 days will be monday tuesday and wednesday so therefore there is exctly four sundays and four thursday.

if 1st is sunday, then 7th,14,21,28 are sundays.
if dec 29th is thursaday ,then 1st is sunday and 4th,11,18,25 are thursadays

four sudays and four thursdays which means friday and saturdays are also four so the remaning 3 days should be mon, tues and wednesday so 1 st will be on monday
