3 and 7 are the factors of 21 and 7 is the which is greater so dividing the number by 7
146/7=20/7=2
ans is 22

answer = total no. of 7's as a factor of 146

the ans should be any no. less than 146 becoz product becomes product=146*145*......*48*...*36*...*22*21..*6*....*1 is divided by 21*k then 21 is cancle out then k may take any value less than 147 but in ques asked for maximum value so ans is 48
