Tell the previous term in number (i.e no .of counts number ) in decreasing order

1 here we have one 1 = 11
11 here we have two 1 =21
21 here we have to follow in decresing order
i.e first one 2 one 1 = 1211

131221 here we have one 3 two 2 three 1 = 132231

count followed by the digit. (one 3 => 13 two 2 => 22 three 1 =>31 => 132231) counting has to be done starting from biggest digit in previous number to smallest digit (here from 3 to 1)

I THINK HERE LOGIC IS THERE
HERE WE CAN SEE
11-12=10
1211-1231=20
and at the same as 10 increase
131221+10=131251.
