Thursday is the answer... as on thursday only these two statements are fitting...

ans is thursday actually profesor know that A lie on monday tuesday wednes day and B lie on thursday friday saturdat.
if we select thursday then this day A tells truth and B tells lie so A said that yesterday he lied n yesterday was wednesday this day A really lie.and B tells lie on thursday and he said that yesterday he lied which is wrong because he tells true on wednesday.

it should be wednesday since a lies on monday tuesday,wednesday but tells truth on thursday and b told he lied yesterday but he used to say lies on thursday so wednesday is answer that justifies both the statements

supposing that A is telling truth today about lieing yesterday,that means that it is thursday and the previous day was wednesday.
also, since B lies on thursday, he is lying today.
so today is thursday.
