i will explain the logic
log 0.318 / log 0.317 = log (0.318 - 0.317) = log 0.001 = 0.3364 / 0.33320 = 1.0096
now,
log 0.318 * log 0.001 = log (0.318 + 0.001) = log 0.319 = 0.3364 * 1.0096 = 0.3396
so option c

log 0.318 / log 0.317 = log (0.318 - 0.317) = log 0.001 = 0.3364 / 0.33320 = 1.0096

log 0.319=log0.318+(log0.318-log0.317) {(log0.318-log0.317)...here diference btwn 0.318 and 0.317 is equals to 0.319 and 0.318}
ans; 0.3396

log 0.317=0.3332 & log 0.318=0.3364
now,
last two digits of 0.3332 is 32 & last two digit of 0.3364 is 64 so if we multiply 32 by 2 then we get 64
so as well if we multiply 32 by 3 then we get 96
so log 0.319 = 0.3396 (Ans)
so option c is the right ans
