Ans=50

Series is :
A= 2,5,8,11,14,17,.......................296,299,302
B=3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17.............................297,299,301,303

we see in above series.....common term in series is in difference of 6

so,
now, Common term series is :
5,11,17,23,...................299
then
no of common term is= >An=A1+(N-1)d
here An=299, A1=5, d=6
=> 299=5+(N-1)6
=>299=5+6N-6
=>6N=300
=> N=50
