15*20/60=5km
time=15/60=1/4
distance=4*5=20kmph

15 kmph------->20 min---->20/60 hours=1/3 hour
x kmph ------>15min----->15/60 hours=1/4hpur
here distance is same so
15*1/3=x*1/4
then x=20 kmph

student takes 20 mins with speed 15km/60 min
therefore,he covers distance=20 mins*15km/60 min
=5km
Now,we need to find the speed by which he should reach the same distance(5km) in 15mins.
speed=5km/15mins
=5km*60/15hr
