In a team of 12 persons, 1/3 are women and 2/3 are men.
means 4 women and 8 men.
if 4 women make 20% of x persons , then
x= 4*100/20 = 20.
It men 8 men are to be hired so that 4 women make 20% of team of 20 persons.

12(1/3) = 4 so women = 4
==>men = 12-4 = 8
if team needs 20% of women then men Will be 80%
consider u want to hire "x" men
so,
(12+x)(80/100) = 8 + x
so, x= 8

Mind calculation
------------------------
12 person in a team, 1/3 are women and 2/3 are men.
Then, 4 women and 8 men.
4 women makes 20%. Remaining men.
Assume Human instead of women or men. Think multiplying 20% by which number will make the team 100% .
The number is 5 (5*20%=100%), so 5* 4= 20.
4 is women and rest is men.
8 men are needed to hired.

so women is 1/3*12= 4
so if this makes 20% then no of total person be x.
20%*x=4
0.2*x=4
x=20
no of men=20-4=16
