the diff in sec between 1:57:58 and 3:20:47 is 4969 sec, 4969/13 = 382.
so total 383 times light ll glow

1:57:58= 7078 sec
3:20:47=12047sec
diff = 4969 sec
4969/13= 382.2 ~= 383
assume it was already glowing
hence no of times it glows= 383+1= 384

for every 13 seconds means in an hour light will glow 276 times and 12 seconds extra. Means in second hour immediately after 1 second light will glow.

Means at 1:57:58 seconds 267 times and 7 seconds are more in it. Means first time light will glow at 1:58:05.

the difference in seconds between 1:58:05 and 3:20:47 is 4962 seconds. Light will glow 381 times and 9 seconds left

So total 382 times light will glow.
