120 kmph.

The square is of side 1 km.
total distance to be travelled = 4 kms.
average speed reqd = 60 kmph.= 1 km per min
Time to be taken = 4 mins.

But already 3.5 mins has been spent while travelling first 2 sides with 30mph or 48 kmph or 0.8 km per min in 2.5 mins and third side with 60kmph in 1 min.

so last side of 1 km should be covered in 0.5 mins for overall average speed of 60 kmph .
so speed for last side will be 1/0.5 = 2 km per min or 120 kmph.

so simple
30+30+60+x/4=120
x=120kmph
so fourth side spd is 120kmph.

Based on the question form the equation as...
(30+30+60+X) / 4 = 60
120+X = 60*4
120+ X = 240 => X = 240-120
Therefore,, X = 120
