for the first one answer is 4(b) becoz if there is one more extra member in committee B then clearly A must have 4 members(as per given condition),then C must have only 2 members in the group.since there is no option of 2 in the answer.So the only possibility is B must have 2 members only then A will have 3 members and the rest of the 4 members will be in C.

T and Z in B, A must have 1 member more than B
so A has 3,
remainning 4 are in C
2) c can have 6 members
