The year 2004 is a leap year. So, it has 2 odd days.

But, Feb 2004 not included because we are calculating from March 2004 to March 2005. So it has 1 odd day only.

The day on 6th March, 2005 will be 1 day beyond the day on 6th March, 2004.

Given that, 6th March, 2005 is Monday.

6th March, 2004 is Sunday (1 day before to 6th March, 2005).

split 403
403=400+3
400-> 0 odd days
3->3 odd days
odd days in 403= 0+3 =3
check 2004 is leap year
2004/4=reminder 0 so it is a leap year , if leap year feb has 29 days
jan + feb+ march= 31 days + 29 days +6 days (we have to find for 6th march so ) =66 days
66/7=reminder 3 odd days
6th march 2004 = odd day of 403 + odd days of 66
= 3+ 3
= 6
0-sun 1-mon 2-tues 3-wed 4-thrus 5-fri 6-sat
6 is Saturday in the table
