lenth is same
so relative speed =24+18=42kmph
time is given as 18sec = 18/3600 h
so the length= (18/3600)*42/2 = 105mt

35/3*18=210
ans=210m

opposite direction=24+18=42km/hr
speed=km/hr to m/s=42*(5/18)
length=speed*time
length42*(5/18) * 18
length=210m

AS THEY ARE MOVING TOWARDS EACH OTHER SPEEDS SHOULD BE ADDDED
(24+18)*5/18*18=LENGTH=DISTANCE
ANS: 210

relative sped is =24+18=42kmph
convert kmph into mps so =(42*5)/18
distance =speed*time=(42*5*18)/18=210m
length of each train=105m

so relative speed =24-18=6kmph=30/18 kmph
tyme is given as 18sec
so the length wl b=3=/18*18=30m

Let the length of train be l so both trains are having same length so total length is 2l
Since both the trains are coming towards each other so relative speed is 24+18=42 kmph
time=18sec therefore 18/(60*60) (in order to convert into hours)
2l/42=18/(3600)
l=21/200
l=.105km=105m
