let c.p of 1 mango Re 1.
then c.p of 18 mangoes= Rs 18
c.p of 20 mangoes Rs 20 = s.p of 18 mangoes
profit= s.p of 18 mangoes - c.p of 18 mangoes
=20 - 18
= 2
profit %= 2/18*100
=11.11 ans

Just Simple
Let cost of 20 mangoes be 100 rs (shop keeper brought)
Let cost of 18 mangoes be 100 ₹ (shop keeper sold)
When brought, cost of one mango is 5 ₹
When selling , cost of one mango is 5.555₹
The difference between selling price and cost price is 0.555₹
Thus profit percent is calculated by this
0.555/5 *100
11.111%~~11.11%
