Let the avg wt of 59 students be x

(59x + 45) / 60 = (x - 0.2)
That is,
(59x + 45) = 60x - 12
x = 57

so now acc 2 ques=(60x-45)/59=x+.2
on solving v get x=56.8
so present avg=56.8+.2=57(ans)

avg weight of remaining 59 students=?
avg weight of 60 students =total/60=x
total=60*x
now avg weight of 59 stud=total-45/59
(total-45)/59=x+0.2(increased by 20grams,given)
total-45=59(x+0.2)
total-45=59x+11.8
60x-45=59x+11.8(total=60x)
x=45+11.8
x=56.8
total weight of 60 students=60(56.8)=3408
total weight of 59 students=3408-45
=3363
avg weight of 59 students=3363/59=57
answer is 57
