Monday since Wednesday falls in 2005 and question asking about 2004 so 2 odd days will come therefore it will reduce 2 days from wednesday

answer is tuesday because they are asking till march 2004 not febuary therefore only one leap year count

(date+month+year+leap yr+century)/7
23/7 rem-2 means Tuesday but in que it says wed means +1 inc in days

Now for 8 march 2004
by using those formula we got 22/7 remainder- 1 means monday
since in que we have seen that wed but actual day is tuesday that means +1 inc
so also we shall inc in 8 march 2004 day- monday to +1 inc tuesday
