According to question
(8/16)+(6/18)+(x/12)=1
=>(1/2)+(1/3)+(x/12)=1
So x will be 2

sol…since the time for painting 1 house is given so multiply each by3
Now simply time for each let say A, B,C becomes 18 24 and 36… days respectively so the eqn for total work could be simply framed as 8/18+6/24+x/36=1( assuming x as the time fo mr Blue…solve to get 11 as answer:)

A-1day work = 1/6
B-1day work = 1/8
C-1day work = 1/12
A+B+C (work) ==> 8/6+6/8+x/12 = 3
Answer::x=11

From the question:
(8/6)+(6/8)=(x/12) = 3
