I think this series is 11+22+33+44.....+99+1010
(22+33)%5=0
55%5=0
(44+66)%5=0
(77+88)%5=0
(11+99)%5=0
1010%5=0......so the remainder is 0

11+22+33+..+99=459 and 459+1010=1505 which gives reminder 0

When a whole number is divided by 5, the remainder depends on the units digit of thatnumber.Thus, we need to determine the units digit of the number 1
