10 + 10 + 10*10/100 =21%

suppose he goes to buy 1000 gm of grains t0 market...now by cheating he buys 10% more---1100 gm,right?
now he comes back and sells the same grains cheating 10%---means he cheats now 10% of 1100 gm,right?
so he cheats while selling---10% of 1100...that means he cheats 110 gm...hope u r getting it.
now how much is his total cheated weight of grains---100 gms while he buys them + 110 gm while he sells them===210gms
now how much grains did he pay for===he paid for only 1000 gms while buying.
so his profit--- ( 210gms/1000gms)*100===21 %.
