(1,1,0)=2, (2,2,0)=2, (2,1,1)=3, (3,3,0)=2, (3,2,1)=6, (4,4,0)=2, (4,3,1)=6, (4,2,2)=3, (1,5,4)=4
(2,5,3)=4, (1,6,5)=2, (2,6,4)=4, (3,6,3)= 2, (1,7,6)= 2, (2,7,5)= 2, (3,7,4)= 4, (1,8,7)= 2,

the question he asked is
Whose sum of first and second digits will be equal to third ( not any two digits sum is third digit)

Explanation:-
_ _ _ in first place we can fill with 4 digits(1,2,3,4)
In second place 0-9
In third place 1-9
After checking for the sum 1,2,....9 in the third place
if the sum is 1, it is 101
If the sum is 2, it is 112,202
For 3, it is 123,213,303
For 4 to 9 we get 4 possibilities

Total = 1+2+3+4+4+4+4+4+4 = 30

so total no= 26
