work done by ravi and manish per day =(1/16+1/20)
work done by ravi and manish for 2 days=2/16+2/20)=9/40
remaining work=1-9/40=31/40
work done by sanjay in one day=(1/12-1/20)=1/30
work done by ravi and sanjay in 1 day=1/16+1/30=23/240.
ravi and sanjay can complete piece of work in 240/23days.
remaining work can be completed by sanjay and ravi in=31/40*240/23=8days

i think option b
because sanjay and ravi do the remaining in 8 days...and ravi and manish have done a part of the work in 2 days..so 8+2=10 days

the answer should be (b) because nobody is adding 2 days to the solution 8 which we are getting on solving since it is being asked how long it will take to finish the work.
