first milestone driver see is 16,second is 61,&third is 106.
so total distance traveled by him=106-16=90km
time taken=2h
so speed=distance/time=90/2=45kmph
hence (e) is the ans.

two digit numbers that are perfect square are 16,25,36,49,64,81
now since two hours milestone number contains three digits that means he is going far away.
now we will consider only 16,25,36,49 because their reverse are more then these number.
now take 16 then after 1 hour milestone will be 61 and car travels 45 km(the speed in unit hour)
again after one hour milestone will be 106 that contains 6 and 1.
othe squares 25,36,49 can be checked,
for example suppose milestone is 25 then after one hour it will be 52 that means car travels 27 km that is the speed of car per hour(unit is hour)

Assume he saw 16
then after 1 hr. distance ccovered is 45 km.so he will see 61 which is reverse of 16
again after 1 hr. distance covered is 45 km so he will see 106(61+45) which contains 1 and 6.
