the 3 clocks will show same time, when the slower watch becomes exactly 12 hrs behind n faster becomes exactly 12 hrs ahead

now 12 hrs = 720 min

these watches gain n lose 1 min per day...

so all three clocks will show true time after 720 days

since given 1 clock gain 1 min / day so after 720 days its time will get match with exact time clock......But when we consider another clock which slows 1 sec /day it will get match with exact clock time after 50400 days.
In order to match time of three clock , in my opinion after 50400 days thrice of clock will show correct answer.

All the three clocks will show the true time when one faulty clock which losses 1 min/day will be 12 hours behind the correct time and the one faulty clock which gains 1 min/day will be 12 hours ahead of the true time.

Total minutes in 12 hours = 12 × 60 = 720 minutes

Hence, the number of days required = 720 days
