4*(3/4*pi*3.5*3.5)==115.5 sq cm
this answer is true only if we assume that one circle touches 2 other circles at only one point.....

The area will be 3*3.14*3.5*3.5=115.395 cm2
because each vertice of the square is the center of a circle
(1/4) part of the total area of each circle inside of the square.
(3/4) part of the total area of each circle outside of the square.
Thus total area outside of the square is 3*(3/4)*3.14*3.5*3.5=115.395 cm2
here 3.5 is the radius of each circle.
