Each hour, tank B has filled up like double as 10,20,40......so on
So, by reducing the filled rate of the tank B by half for every hour, we solved it.
So, if Tank B filled 1/8th of tank in 22 hours means,

1/4 of tank B filled in 23 hours
1/2 of tank B filled in 24 hours
And finally,
tank B filled totally in 25 hours.

ANS B

1/8 is filled in 22 hours
2/18 (i.e. 1/4) is going to be filled in 23 hours.
1/2 is going to filled in 24 hours
To fill the tank it is going to take 25 hours.
