Solution

The cat should start the counting with the black mice just in front of the white, in this manner the first eaten mice will be the one who is just behind the white, in the next round counting, the eaten mice will be the beside of previously eaten mice, so a reverse cycle of death will be started

Dont think of white mouse. Put 13 dots and start from a point. (mark the starting point). Now you will end with the final point as your starting point itself. So start with white mouse.

If the mice are numbered from 1-13 in a circle, the cat should start from number 1, then white mouse should be at number 10.

Put 13 dots in a circle and start from any random so that we can find that the 10th mouse from the starting point will be consumed last.That should be the white mouse.
