Miss R needs to use the telephone quite often throughout the day. Mr. M and Mr. B need adjacent offices as they need to consult each other often while working. Miss H is a senior employee and his to be allotted the office no. 5, having the biggest window.
Mr. D requires silence in office next to his. Mr. T, Mr. M and Mr. D are all smokers. Miss H finds tobacco smoke allergic and consecutively the offices next to hers are occupied by non-smokers. Unless specifically stated all the employees maintain an atmosphere of silence during office hrs.

The solutions of a,b,d given by Saurav are correct.But for C I think answer should be fourth option i.e. 3,because MB needs to sit together,T would sit next to D.So,the given circumstances does not permit M to sit at 1.

Option,"iv. Mr. D" is correct because B needs to consult neighbor M and D needs silence.

The three employees who are smokers should be seated in the offices
Identical options, "iii. 1 2 3 iv. 1 2 3" are correct because % which is to be given to teh senior most and who is allergic to smoke will not be the neighbor. Other options are not correct because the neighboring room 4 or 6 to five will be occupied by smoker.

The ideal office for Mr. M would be
option,"iii. 1" is ideal because it is farthest from Room 5 occupied by senior smoke allergic person

In the event of what occurrence within a period of one month since the assignment of the offices
would a request for a change in office be put forth by one or more employees?
Option, "ii. Mr. T taking over duties formally taken care of by Miss R" as Mr T would like to occupy the room occupied by Miss R
