Claimed Time = 10:59 PM

Time of murder: After 10.00 in the night.
The position of the hands had been interchanged
⇒ Both hands were near 10 i.e. 11 or 12
If it was 10:55 then the claimed time would be 11:50
Because this is the only position where Minute’s & Hour’s hand have actually interchanged their positions.
